Summit Smith is currently developing a 124,000 square foot, three story outpatient clinic for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The facility incorporates physical security design features including blast resistance, vehicular barrier and progressive collapse prevention. In addition, the facility features several sustainable design elements and will be constructed to a LEED Silver equivalency. |
