The six-story ambulatory care center Summit Smith developed, designed and built for Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center serves as the new entrance to the existing hospital and provides patients with a single, central point to receive care.
Summit Smith responded to a unique challenge in that the client could not own the project during construction, but needed an option to purchase the project one year after final completion. |
