Summit Smith is devoloping this 32,000 square foot outpatient clinic for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The Summit Smith Team is working closely with the Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta, ME to insure the project meets the VA’s needs and expectations. The Summit Smith Team is seeking LEED Silver Certification for this facility.
