Summit Smith’s leasing efforts secured physician commitments for over 100% of the available medical office space in the Outpatient Services Center and Medical Office Building previously developed by Summit Smith for Memorial Medical Center in Ludington Michigan.
Ongoing demand for space in the facility led to the development of a second 35,000 square foot Medical Office Building in 2002. Summit Smith provided development, design, ownership, financing, leasing and construction services for the second MOB. |
