We believe that our clients are entitled to a guaranteed price to complete the development, design, construction and activation of their projects before making the financial commitment required to prepare construction documents and commence construction.

We believe that a guaranteed price should include all construction costs and related professional services -- not just hard construction costs -- and that the risk of cost over-runs is the responsibility of Summit Smith -- not our clients.
