Jody Nelson, Certified Property Manager, has extensive experience in the areas of asset management and property management of commercial real estate. Jody has been providing building management services for more than 20 years and is responsible for Summit Smith’s Asset and Property Management Service line. Prior to joining Summit Smith Jody was responsible for building management for multiple national real estate property management companies. Jody is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, the National Association of Realtors, the Building Owners and Managers Association of Wisconsin and the Commercial Association of Realtors – Wisconsin.
Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
