Sean Roberts has extensive project development, planning and real estate management experience. Prior to joining Summit Smith, Sean served as a consultant to several private development firms, municipalities and redevelopment authorities. Sean also served as a Senior Project Development Specialist for the City of Pittsburgh’s Urban Redevelopment Authority. In this role, Sean oversaw public/private partnerships and secured millions of dollars in state, local and federal funds that catalyzed private development of former Brownfield sites.
Sean graduated from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College Graduate School of Public Policy with a specialization in Economic Development. Sean also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with majors in Biology and European History from DePauw University
