Summit Smith Healthcare Facilities developed a 5-level, 523-car parking structure for Sierra Vista Hospital in San Luis Obispo, CA.  The structure provides convenient access to a new medical office building Summit Smith developed concurrently and replaces ground parking currently on the site.  The new parking structure provides space for a future helipad.
